Calling card site design and programming

We need a site where we will sell calling cards of voip services. The bidder will be responsible for the whole design and programming. We want the site to be built in php and mysql. The bidder will be also doing the logos and content (partial). We want the design to be inspired by [login to view URL] but not copied. We want a site where the buyers will be able to check rates and order cards. On successful completion of orders the will be mailed the pin and instructions how to use the card. The site will have a database of few tables like Rates - where the rates will be shown with fields like country, code, rate, hot Customers - as the customers sign up (Name, email, phone, and country) Products - list of products for sale (id, name value) Orders - list of orders (id ,date, customerid , prodid , pinid) Pins - list of pins/cards, which will be taken from the preset available list. (Id ,prodid, user,pass, available) The site will have the following links 1. Homepage - a partial list of hot dest, there will be an extra field to mark the hot dest in rates 2. Buy now - Customer will be able to order the pin via paypal IPN as payment is successful customer will be emailed the information and the pin will be identified as used pin. 3. Rates - Complete list by alphabetically sorted and displayed 4. Support - normal text 5. About us - normal text 6. My account - Users will be able to check in and check call details and recharge account. The database for this are already created and you will need to connect to remote mysql for the info. 7. Resellers We can give you the mysql design of tables how we need it to be done. The site name and design details will be disclosed to the winning bidder. Ehsan ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
