Complete Wordpress site for an immigration company

Hi, we're looking to subcontract a website project for a client. If you're interested, please let us know. IMMIGRATION WORDPRESS PROJECT - You will ONLY be communicating with us. You agree NOT to communicate with our client directly or indirectly for ANY reason. - You are very good with customizing Wordpress (CSS, PHP, etc.) - You will be responsible for completing the entire Wordpress from day 1 till the completion of the website - The website is an immigration consulting firm, therefore the company assist chinese citizens to immigrate to Canada. - The website is really not very complicated. There will be approximately 7 main categories. There will be about 20-30 pages. The client will provide all of the text, but you will be expected to format the text correctly on each page--so that it looks consistent and nice on the site. The website will likely have a blog and a lot of pages with text. Nothing very difficult. There should be a blog, a contact form, a mailchimp subscription box, google translate button (maybe), WPML plugin (maybe), etc. We can't think of anything else, but that's the general idea. - The client MAY wish to make the website in 2 languages (English, Chinese), therefore a plugin such as [login to view URL] may be necessary. The client will deliver all of the texts. You will be expected to populate all of the fields in Chinese/English in WPML if they choose this option. Alternatively, the client may wish to only have an English website and have it translated into chinese using Google Translate. We will make sure that the chosen theme by the client can be translated correctly with google translate. - You should be very familiar with Wordpress themes because the client may ask you to make adjustments to the Wordpress theme (change the color of text, backgrounds, foregrounds, navigation bar, move some things around, etc). If you cannot customize a wordpress theme or are not proficient with CSS, this project is not for you. - Hosting is on a shared hosting plan (linux). You will have access to Cpanel (easier for you that way). - You will be responsible for all of the graphics on the site. You may be asked to design a small logo, banners, icons, favicons--whatever the client can reasonably expect. Essentially, you will be designing all of the graphics necessary for the site. Therefore, you should be comfortable with graphic design. This is a must. - Should the client request features that requires the purchase of plugins, the client will pay for the plugins. - The client will pay for the commercial theme (probably something from woothemes, elegant themes, etc.). In other words, you will not be expected to disburse any funds for anything. - Deadline? We don't think that there's a fixed deadline. - This is not an exhaustive list of tasks, but in essence, you should be able to execute any reasonable request by the client (especially regarding the styling or customizing of the theme). If the client asks something that we feel is unreasonable, we won't make you do it. For example, we won't ask you to write a new plugin or design a new theme. That's completely unreasonable. - The website will be deemed complete when the client is reasonable satisfied. We can do a lot of this project ourselves, but we'd like to subcontract this project to free up our time. We're very easy going and reasonable people, don't worry. - We've worked with this client before and they're easier going than a lot of our other clients. - We have a lot of projects, therefore if we are satisfied with your work, we may also subcontract future projects to you. - Also, you don't have to worry about google analytics, google webmasters, sitemaps, SEO, caching (hypercache, supercache, w3-total) or optimizing the website for speed. We'll take care of that once the website is done. Good luck!
