Build a Website

We are building a web app. It will be flexible and adapt to any platform. we have determined 6 different module that need to be done. The project is being evaluate by some local firm for pricing, and i will ask of you to bid on each module separetly. We understand that a unified project would make for a more stable project but time is a factor : 6 team could get this done alots faster for the same price. We already have a lead programmer, he will coordinate everything and complete the final phase of the project. Here the list of module. Complete detail will be given if you are given the contract. 1- Inscription and authentication module for advisor    - form for inputting information    - recording information in the DB    - Secure authentication (hashing) with password recovery system. 2 - Account Management and payment    - Payment by PayPal and / or other?    - Notification on end each month    3 - Inscription and registration of clients data    - form (s) for entering information    - registration information in the database 4 - Data analysis and computation - the data input by the advisor will serve for client need analysis. - math formula will be provide 5 - Fluid data Visualization    - They are a number of tool, we like the one from MIT but we are not closed mind. We want vibrant, customisable and interactive data visualization. If the advisor move a slider in front of the client, the graph must adapt live. 6-Report    - generate reports print in pdf I will put a small price on the budget tab but we will wait for your pricing. This project is already underway, must be done asap. tanxs
