Build and integrate a chat using sockets / some sort of ajax push to my site

Hi We have developed many chat solutions and have developed a solution like Facebook chat also. Please consider that there are many features in this chat, such as: 1. Do you want the chat to be done just on one page similar to Facebook or you want the small chat windows to open on each page like facebook as well? 2. Do you want a chat in html5 or in Flash, because html5 chat based upon PHP will be too heavy for the server. 3. Is the add friend functionality, show online friend etc. already working on your website? 4. When a user is offline, the facebook still allows to send the message to the user and saves it as an offline message. Do you want the same? 5. I can even show you the demo that you can test with text-chat OR video-chat but it depends how many features do you want.
