Create Easy Wordpress Page Template

This is VERY simple for somebody who knows what they're doing. I want this completed in under 1 hour. It is easy so please do not bid if you cannot complete this in the next hour. I want you to create a new page template in wordpress (canvas theme) that matches the following: [login to view URL] -- I want the same all white template (with the same width). -- I want to keep the sitewide font that I already have in place. -- I want to add a new color scheme to the striped bar at the top (that must be responsive to browser size). -- I should be able to create a new page and select that as a page layout option. Real easy stuff. Project to be completed in the next hour. Thank you.
