Create a Wordpress Template

I have signed up for the service [login to view URL] and I am needing someone to build a page that will be found on my website and offer a checkout feature on my website so that I can quit using PayPal's service. I just need a checkout page built to add to my current website. I may even offer a few items for sale on my website so that is an option, but I know I want to be able to create an invoice and bill users who buy on eBay directly where they check out on my website, instead of PayPal. I believe there is actually a plugin for [login to view URL] for websites built with WordPress so I know it is very simple to do this. I just need it done, because I run the day-to-day operations of the company and simply do not have time to add this to my daily tasks because I need it done as soon as possible.
