Hi, i'm looking for the php developer with experience in wordpress. PHP and javascript is the primary skill. 1) i need to code a theme from the PSD, 2)including the theme options panel such options as logo upload, fonts change, header/footer configuration etc (preferable to use options framework, but you can suggest). 3) include some free and premium plugins into the theme such as: contact7, pagebuilder, wpbackup etc (premium plugins i'll provide). 4) support of responsiveness, parallax effect etc, 5) including pages such as categories, 404, blog, sample page, main etc please, contact me if you have such an experience, estimate the preliminary delivery time in hours and provide list of your previous works (do not link to you portfolio at freelancer). example of the website is in the attachement
