build a "new vehicle configurator" plugin for a wordpress website

Hi, My project is to build a "new vehicle configurator” plugin for my wordpress website. A new vehicle configurator is a tool to let customers choose their exact car online. You could get an idea what is new vehicle configurator and how it works if you go to any car maker website and use it to build your own vehicle. This plugin should be customizable so that it can cover many different kinds of cars. The database will be uploaded or entered by admin. It has to be compatible with mystile theme, Contact Form 7, and Woocommerce. 1. "new vehicle configurator " plugin captures customer's choice and input 2. Customer’s input through Contact From 7 will be captured 3. wrap up customer’s choice and input from configurator and contact form 7 as a "product" 4. load admin's "preset price" 5. send "product" and "preset price" to Woocommerce. That's it. Two more minor features: 1. Price can be preset by admin 2. The button's text is editable. A customer's buying experience will be shown as described. A customer visits the site, uses new vehicle configurator to choose a car. Then customer fills the contact form. The next step is that the "product" (customer’s choice and input from configurator and contact form 7) and "preset price" will be shown in Woocommerce. The rest checkout step will be handled by woocommerce. Since the price is preset, the customer can check out right after he chooses a car and fills the contact form.
