ASAP: small php script needs converted or rewritten to jsp

Have been managing a project, and have a key piece needed -within the next few hours.- Am hoping there are java experts waiting for something quick; here's my snag: I need a jsp that will read a text file, which contains a tab delimited list of names and times, and on a web page, display the name of the next item on the list, as well as countdown to the time, in seconds. My subcontractor just sent me a very nice functional script, but in PHP. So, if you're an expert at both, you can use what he's done and convert syntax (don't laugh at my ignorance; I'm aware that there's more to it than this), or bid for further instruction and I will send you the working example in PHP. Again, time is valuable; hope (crossing fingers) to receive bids within the hour and get this done within a couple of hours... the original PHP was a two-hour project. Am in dire straits-- hope someone can help! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
