Add Member Section To Script

I am looking for a coder with good php, and call script background. What i want? for you to be able to 1. ADD a MEMBER section? to my new existing website. 2. Modified the photo section to open up in sort a flash slide? that can not be right click to save the pictures. 3. Add a folder that videos / photos can be uploaded to that only paid members can access this area. 4. Add a limit so people can not view videos that are more than 5 minutes long without? being promt to upgrade membership in the player screen. 5. provide some very minor template modification... ## Deliverables The fucntion of this site must be completely secure and the member section must be secure as well.
