Betting exchange front-end code

Searching for some working betting exchange front-end code to used as a quick prototype. The requirement of this task is to finalize (if necessary) a stable version with these requirements: Basic Web page divided into a menu section to the left, a odds section in the middle and a betting section to the right Make a server request to get sportsdata (xml) upon start of script for use to the navigation system. Local navigation menu with approx 3 levels (sport, team, oddstype). User available to navigate locally from the downloaded xml file when no server communication Make a server request for oddsdata when click on a particular oddstype Present these odds on screen Option to buy/sell the usual way (see attached) Make a secure server request with back/lay info Wait for answer and display result on screen Technology like php/mysql/java/ajax preferred Has to be installed on my server Please Link to what you currently have developed, your experience with betting exchange (back/lay technology and ofcourse the cost of software/development Existent software ofcourse has to be your own work
