Cool Mail

Hello! We are looking for a bright computer programmer capable of designing software that will enable us to send audio and visual emails to people without the need of a download/plug-in. We want people to be able to click open their email and automatically the video will begin to play. The technology must be accessable to the vast majority of computer users. We want to avoid people having to download Real Player or anything like that. I think we want it to stream from our website or something of that nature. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Must be able to operate from PC. If we can get Mac too, that would be great.
