Hello there, Looking for an experienced coder who will develop a customizable address book system serving 2 purposes: 1. Managing our current contacts (we are a translation agency) 2. Mass mailing our current and potential partners. The system will be run on our hosting (Linux+php/mysql) and be operated by a couple of office people through a browser. The results of attempts at customizing a ready solution (phplist) are discouraging so I decided to seek a coder to develop a system from scratch. Please see attached specification.
