C code to Java Conversion

This project requires the conversion of straight c code to java with the resulting java code running with existing java code. All oroginal code is Open Source. I need to have the C based Incr TCL code as found on [login to view URL] (see <[login to view URL]>) converted to java. The resulting java code needs to run in Jacl running under J# (see the Jacl project at <[login to view URL]>) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional, documented, source code capable of running all applicable Incr Tcl (non-Tk) test scripts as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) Visual Studio 2005 project and sample project running test scripts containing all J# source code. b) code must be able to run (non-Tk) related Incr Tcl test scripts. 3) Buyer understands that he will NOT receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Deliverables will be posted back to [login to view URL] in the appropriate group based upon applicable Open Source Licensing Requiremements and will become Open Source. Buyer will insure open source license requirements are met for the deliverables after upon project completion. ## Platform Windows 2000/XP
