ASP.NET site updates

We need the following updates to a site: -We need to create a session DB our users. All we need to do is create a normal database and then we can give the credentials to the RackSpace guys, and they will then create the session DB for us. -We need to layer the database to allow the Admin to remove clients from the database without removing the forms attached to those client names. -Add layer in database that allows a county to be removed from the site without removing the submitted forms This site is currently coded in ASP.NET with a MS-SQL database.
