Adding admin approval and altering link verification

I need link validation and google rank fixed in my script. By the looks of it, it's all there and just needs some tweaking. The code is nice and clean. I also need a new feature for admin to approve disaprove new accounts before they are seen by other members after their link has verified/validated. Lastly I need two new optional text fields for each account description added. To sum it up - Link Verification fixed (Needs to be fixed site wide) - New accounts into moderation after link is verified. - 2 new optional text fields added for each account. (1 is a text field for email and 1 text area for requirements to other members. Max 300 Characters) - Fix or change the link verification script so it checks when a user clicks the link. May just be that the cron needs to be setup. I believe everything is already there except for the new fields and just needs to be adjusted and the admin approval. Absolutely no design work is needed as I am happy with the current design. The job is all code work.
