I already own a website i just need to add this stuff: I need a credit system with paypal. Submission form that uses credits. Small stuff: Fix an authentication 401 error that occurs. I already have an email that gets sent out to new users. I just want to add an activation link with a system for it. I already got 2 quotes from other coders so I know what a reasonable quote should be for experience ect. ** I have 6 other projects after this that i can give to you if you do a great job **
