Bypass blockers popup

Hello I have a popup code done in javascript this code can open bypass many blockers like IE and some toolbars like google toolbar . The problem in this code is with google toolbar , The toolbar sometimes block it then the script detects that its blocked so it makes another try to open it , in some cases the attempts going with no end which will cause a freez for the visitor browser , and in some cases if its blocked by the toolbar it make the popup opens if you click on any place in the page , in this case this will effect the banners on the page so if the visitor click on any banner or any text link it will open the popup and what is linked to that banner or text link will not open so the visitor will have to click another time to open the requested banner or link . What i need now is 2 things : 1) limit the open attempts. 2) remove the click effect on the banners and text links and leave it on any other places . I hope that i explain clearly .
