CSS/XHTML/JQuery Interface Components and Skeleton

Hey, I have a series of interfaces that need to built but they all have common customized interface components. I have photoshop PSDs of all required components. Where javascript is required I only want Jquery used. The project will involve cutting up the psd and implementing the components in CSS/XHTML/Jquery The following components are required: Overall page template (no page unique content) A list table Drop Down Text Box Validation items Date Selector Date Range Selector Check Box Multi item Selector Text Area Generic Overlay (Success) Generic Overlay (Failure) All of the details of these components are summarized in the PSDs Please let me know if you have any questions, Thanks
