Cakephp project needs amazing Developer - PHP

Hi there, thanks for your time! We need to develop a project called Offers System. All will be done in: - CakePHP (PHP) & MySql on Server-side. - jQuery on Client-side. Here you can find a complete description of the project: (video) [login to view URL] We talk English and Spanish thus any of this languages are ok. - You will need to upload you code to a GIT repository located on the cloud. - You will have to commit code at least every other day in order to keep track your advanced. - You will be in charge of the timeline and timechart. - You will decide when is the Final Delivering Date. - You will provide to us the timeline and timechart of the project The system does not requite design and you will be in charge of creating a CSS simple template for this project. We do not care about the design, fonts, styles, etc; we only care about the CakePHP and jQuery code . You will need to provide an organized UI, that is all. Everything that has to be developed is listed in the Specs Document. The complete project is ruled by this document therefor only when all the element of the list are successfully tested and checked-out the project will be 100% done and finished. Obviously the last payment will be made ONLY if the 100% of the job listed in the specs are complete.
