Change woocommerce plugin "delivery notes" to add pdf invoice buttons at customer account

I need someone to develop / change a plugin for woocommerce ([login to view URL]). The plugin creates a printable pdf invoice for every order in the admin section, but I need an additional function to let the customer / user have a "PDF Invoice" button in his user account of woocommerce. The button should call the same pdf invoice but the customer can do this himself. Additional to this, the invoice should also include a few more parameters like EU Tax ID from the customer and some tax information in the calculation.
