Checkout flow UI design(repost)

Need a seasoned UI designer to design a Checkout flow. => Must be conversant with Ajax and using JS to improve user friendliness and provide snappier look. => Must be VERY familiar with major JS libraries => Graphic design skills and experience is needed. => Basic knowledge of PHP is desirable, but not obligatory. The project includes: 1. Design 2-3 mock-up images of a 3-step checkout pages with the information I provide, incorporating this tips (highlight every JS animation used at each step and buttons.) [login to view URL] You will incorporate my feedback and change the mock-ups. 2. Write the actual code for the mock-ups. Your code shall be CSS centred, graphics can be used but minimized. Advanced CSS-markup and JS animation shall be heavily utilized. 3. Your code shall be W3C fully compliant. Once completed, you will work with my PHP coder to merge the PHP code into your design. I expect you complete the step 1 & 2 within 3 days.
