Currently have a website for the company I work for that is about 5 years old and needs completely redone. Current website is http://www.seniortv.org. The content on it is fine for the most part but the site is a total pain to edit and the use of java for some of the buttons is bad imo. We would like to add a quoting system to our website also where the user would pick channels and tell us the number of residents and then we would generate a price and a unique code that we could use to reference the quote. The quote should also be sent to an email address with all of the details they filled out and the unique code in the subject line somewhere so it is easily searchable if the person calls in to reference what they filled out online. I am Network Admin so I can hack my way around a website for tweaking and adding so I'd like the site to be somewhat easy to manipulate. I'd like the site to be coded using some PHP and CSS if possible as they seem to be the most popular and fastest loading sites right now.

I went by the website and took a quick spin around the block. You are right in that the content is fine but I think there are some easier ways to design the navigation so that it's more user friendly for Seniors. We definitely need to scrap the Java issue as this is a sure sign of some older coding. Check the PMB for more details.
