Convert PDF to HTML

Convert PSD file to HTML. I want very good quality and png-24. You can find in attachment the jpeg images for information. I want the style in a CSS file and also right name for images, div, etc... The syntax must be very good. Moreover all images must be separated (icons, array, transparent image, etc...). Give the full price for the whole website (all psd files). Note that an important point is to keep the fonts right on all browsers (and of course all the webpage) The menu must works (while the mouse is over the menu then the submenu is display) The submenu must works (with test values). The button must be enable (with ref to nothing). All array (left and right arrays) must display another image while necessary.
