Convert current real estate site to Open Realty(repost)

I need to convert my current site, [login to view URL], which was a custom design, to Open Realty (**open**-**realty**.org). I also want to incorporate the PayPal and Bilingual plugins. This is a bilingual site and I need it done in English and Spanish, just as you see in its current state. You don't need to speak Spanish as you'll just be transferring the current text. The only Spanish may need to be in setting up the seller sign-up process, and I can translate that for you. Since users of the site will need to set up an account and pay using PayPal, make sure you are comfortable setting this up. If I could do it myself, I would be doing it. My latest coder installed the requested Open Realty template, City Lights, which can be seen at [login to view URL] That template is fine, but needs some minor modifications.
