As a software developer at Retina-X Studios, LLC, you will develop the code in our award winning software. Responsibility: * Analyze, design, code, test, document and help in support of our software products. You may be working on AceSpy, Net Spy Pro or upcoming, unannounced products. Technology: * Currently we use Visual Basic, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and CSS. Plus, you should be strong in o Win32 API, o Sub classing, o Hooking, o Windows Messages and internal working of the GUI, o Knowledge of web based application development Requirement: * Incredible coding skills, * Good written-spoken English, * Available online on any IM client for communication (voice or text), * Programming skill demonstrated by development of at least any software project (commercial or out source), * People oriented and friendly. Prerequisite: Asian preferably Indian (not necessary), Telecommuter with active internet connected PC and necessary compilers/software installed. ------------------------------------------------ PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED DOC BEFORE BIDDING!!! ------------------------------------------------ ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
