Development Project With Simple Design (Can Tweak a Design that is already available)

Hi It is a 2-3 page website. Let me explain the project as much as possible without revealing too many confidential data 1. First page of site will input an URL 2. Will run a script as mentioned below to save the HTML source of that URL. Generate a random URL for this ( [login to view URL] ) 3. Now, run a script as mentioned below to track and save pixel locations of clicks made on page [login to view URL]:Mouse_Position 4. Generate another URL to display these pixel locations and email to user. I have one site that has a decent theme that is useable for the homepage at least. We can use that one for the site if you do not want to work on the design from scratch. This is not a high budget project and I am looking at bids around $100.
