application neded for joomla + jomsocia!(repost)

Hello , we looking for profesional developer to create application for joomla site , powered with jomsocial community component. we want a dinamic map to show all world continents (aurope , asia , afrika , ect..) in every continent users can see, other online users as red dots on the map. when user move mouse over some continent , he must to see a pop-up or some thing, with exact number of users in thet continent. also , he need to have option to make "zoom-in " on the map , and see in witch City , we have now online users , and they profiles , if he click on thet ! also - users need to have the option to contact other users via these modul !!!
