custom cart or ajax

This project is about a fb,twitter,youtube,instagram,pinterest..etc website. The user selects the package,enters the fb fan page or twitter page or other service he selects, the system will automatically find out how many likes,followers, youtube views..etc the page has, then he will be submitted to a register form with minimal details like name,address,phone,email,captcha and then he can proceed to checkout. The system must have 2checkout integration. I should be able to manage orders,to see how many likes,followers...etc the user have after he submitted the order. Orders must change to pending,approved,in progress,finished. I must be able to integrate it with any design. The urls must be seo for all pages,either with rewrite rules or anything you have.
