CMS website for Fun Park

need joomla website work in two language , english and arabic , for fun park based in Oman , the website will include the following : [login to view URL] categories ; such as weddings , family day , companies open day etc 2. attractions categories [login to view URL] 4. packages [login to view URL] us [login to view URL] us flash header is needed in website pages ,each category will have flash header the staff at park need to be able to edit the site content add or delete therefore i though of joomla . important need sample site when you bid shows your ability to make Arabic joomla site or even show me a way to achieve that i mean RTL site for arabic text . payment based on milestone on completion of the project i pay on time read my review please . i have many other projects if this project work other projects will be given to same freelancer . happy bidding
