Asterisk VOIP internal calls - open to bidding

i need a project through which we can make call, record the call,conference call, sms, video call and conferencing, and have a data base of asterik which stores all call logos and other recordings. call management , call parking, music-on hold, authenticate the users. we also need an android app through which we only make call/record call through sip account via asterisk server. (app like zoiper).
