A GUI that is simple, reliable, and is designed for users to simply answer questions upon Ex. Which do you prefer? A, B, C, or D

I am looking to design a graphical user interface based on any open source operating system that can be installed on basic intel or amd computer equipment allowing users to simply press a button, have their responses recorded, stored, and encrypted, and to have a paper receipt printed for them. Users will go into a sign in screen where they will choose a language, enter their personal data, go to a standardized number of questions with options, choose their options, and have a print out of their selections. The data must be encryptable and it must not fail. The device will have to have an internal backup battery source. No sound or fancy graphics necessary. A simple but super reliable input/output interface. I don't even know which programming language would be most appropriate or what type of hardware is necessary yet. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. I don't want to begin the project until I can tell you the exact hardware specifications and because you are all spread out over the world this is something we will have to handle locally. We are working on acquiring 75-150 linux based embedded PCs within the next 3-4 months. I will be return with a much clearer plan and I hope this delay is understandable. With that said, thank you for your input. ## Platform Open to any good ideas. Windows does not seem stable enough. Stability is key. Reliability is key. Retrievability of data is key.
