Custom Joomla Template Design for MMORPG Site

Please note: I would strongly prefer (though not require) someone who is familiar with the MMORPG genre (particularly World of Warcraft). Also, the ability to effectively communicate in English is a must. I am looking for a custom Joomla 1.5 template for my World of Warcraft/MMORPG-related website. I need my existing Vbulletin forums integrated if at all possible. *Important*-please specify in your PM/response whether or not you would be able to integrate Joomla 1.5 and Vbulletin. Create graphics/logo/theme appropriate for a World of Warcraft/MMORPG site. The main thing I am looking for is creativity and originality. I want to ensure that my site stands out and does not have the same look as many other World of Warcraft sites. Joomla extensions/features to be installed: Section for news and articles (with the ability to post images and/or video streams within the news story). Section for guides (another form of article content). The template must be very ad friendly with the ability to plug in several different formats (banner, text, video, etc) and sizes/locations easily. A "featured video" section where I can stream content from any major video site (google, yahoo, etc) or from my site. Users must be able to rate videos. I also need a video archive section with links to previous videos (along with their ratings). Users should be able to submit videos (via a link in a form/box). Image/screenshot section that works similar to the video section (rotating images preferred). Individual archive sections for all content areas (articles, videos, screenshots). The article, video, and screenshot sections should all have a feature that allows visitors to “rate?? them. Polls. Newsletter signup. A section for contests including the ability to submit entries. Template to be installed on both live and test environments. Minor changes to the extension list may occur. For an idea of the type of layout that we are looking for, please see http://gamernode.com. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
