Apple-approved iphone App

Firstly, if you do not have a portfolio of existing apple-approved iphone apps that I can look at, please do not bid for this work. Job is to create an iphone app (that will get apple approval) to search a mysql db class schedule by teacher, date, subject, location etc and display results slickly. App will also need to display other items like school and class information, have the ability to book classes - see all functions in sample app mentioned below. Clean, slick interface required that I can easily change themes, images, logo. It is a condition that I will require all source code during and at the completion of project as I will want to make revisions myself also. The App must be developed using the latest xcode version.
