Create a Mobile Website

I will need you to convert my website into a mobile website. URL: [login to view URL] I will need a couple features for the mobile site. 1) When the user comes to my website from a Mobile phone it will automatically be redirected to the mobile website "[login to view URL]" 2) Mobile website will allow to show 1 category. (HTML 5 Games) 3) Mobile website will let you do most of the things, like Message each other via Private Messages.
