Accounting and Networking Software Developer - open to bidding

Hello! Allow me to explain my situation and I'll let you decide if you think you can help me. I work for a business who has commissioned me to build a type of accounting software for them. I have built out many of the basic features and launched a very incomplete but functional version of the software but as time is moving forward and my involvement in the company is continually increasing, and I have less time to work on the code. In short, I need someone experienced in laravel, php, html, javascript, jquery, and mysql to work beside me in speeding up the time in which I can have features of the software ready. Some skills I value are: -Strong Communication -Clean, well documented and written code according to spec that works. I prefer to pay by the task or module but I can be flexible if another payment method is preferred. Depending on the size and time required of a module, my budget per module would be between $500 to $1500 with the expectation of 10-15 modules.
