Add New Features to Appointment script- 8/2/11

I have an PHP/MySQL script that needs some fixes and new features to be added. 1. The script sends appointment reminder to clients one day before and I think a few hours before the appointment. I also want that reminder to be sent to the administrator email or any other email specified as CC or BCC by modifying [login to view URL] and /[login to view URL] files. 2. Add comments and Remarks to appointment so, the administrator and staffs can post additional information about the appointment. Clients can add a small comment or special request when scheduling the appointments. Also admin and staffs can add any remarks that only admin and staffs can read. 3. In the Appointment script demo using the dental service for May 2011 - there seems to be an error in that May 2nd shows up as greyed (unavailable) in the calendar but lists (Mon 02/05/2011) with times for scheduling anyways. 4. When clients schedule an appointment, the administrator and assigned staff should be notified about the pending appointment. Once the appointment is been approved then the client receives an email with confirmation about the appointment with hour, date, and location of the appointment.
