Cardsave plugin for Civicrm

The project is to create a fully functional payment plugin for Civicrm 4.2.6+ to integrate with Cardsave.net. The plugin will have to integrate via Cardsave's API to process everything from one-off payments to recurring payments, and be able to integrate success/failure status's with CiviCRM. CiviCRM in this instance is installed on Joomla 2.5, but this payment plugin will of course be platform independent.
