I am an experience CI developer. I have to say Codeigniter is, in my opinion the best PHP framework out there. Very clean MVC framework to use and allows the developer to keep their work seperate and still have really good core functions and flexibility. I have been developing modules and websites for years using DragonflyCMS, PhpNuke, Postnuke, joomla and wordpress but over the past 4 years have been developing more custom cms's from scratch using CI.
