Complaex but simple php work

Hi, i have a load of projects atm and i want someone who is really a pro in php to do a task for me.i would have done it myself but am not getting enough time. i have written the script myself and have all the logic about the script written. so i will provide the 10 lines of documentation about the code you are going to modify and how it works etc will be provided to a provider who can convince me..and answer my questions... P.S: budget is 30$ Thanks
