Country by IP- PHP integraton for points of video website

Plugin for existing video script! Basically we need to count only views from premium countries... IE US/Canada/EU/ and a few others The script that will be used is "adult video script" - > [login to view URL] (demo) (preferably you have used this or clipshare or mediashare before) Must be familiar with smarty templating When user uploads a video his views are counted we need to count only views from premium countries for his points. (should also work for photos and game but that can be integrated with same code) 1. We must be able to change remove countries which are premium.... 2. Can use the GEO IP databse from the link or if you know a better place. [login to view URL] 3. Block same ip from getting a point for 30 days 4.
