create 2 joomla components from scratch

READ ALL BEFORE YOU BID i need 2 joomla modules to be made from scratch 1 - customer testimonials module : admin can add customers testimonials at back end and it show in front end in a nice way, the module should show these testimonials as slide or fade or any effect you think it will be good, and if you can make it that the admin choose the effects it would be great. in admin area it should have button that say add testimonial and then he can add customer name, project, budget, testimonial, image i need it as installation file for joomla 2.5 and 3.0 and i want 2 versions one with back link to my site and one without backlink 2 - google map modul: a simple module for google map where customer can add latitude and longitude of the location with basic feaure, like choose what kind of maps it show, height and width for the map, option to move the pointer to the right location if admin cant use lat and long i also need this one as installation file for joomla 2.5 - 3.0 and i want to versions one with back link and one without i wont create milestone untill you show me the module, for your safety you can work on your own server so i dont have access to the files we have more work coming soon so i hope i get a good developer :D
