Advanced website to check mail/social networking

Project details: The requirement is to design a website to which users come to check all their “web stuff”. In the first version the website must have the following functionality: 1. Users will login to the website, website must have the remember me? Functionality for logins 2. Once logged in the user will be able to check his email (in version 1 must support yahoo , gmail , imap/pop3). , social networking accounts such as twitter, facebook ( in version 1) , forums ( phpbb , invision and vbulletin supported in version 1) . The platform must be developed such that 3rd party users can develop their own apps for additional functionality. An api of some sorts ? To make sure I know you have gone through the requirements, please type ‘it’s complicated’ in your first line of PMB/bid description. Also please include how you plan on implementing this. If you bid doesn't include this information it will be ignored. We understand this is a complex script and therefore are looking for a team that is well experienced in such an undertaking.
