Customized Mod for OSCommerce

Is there away to create an upload mod that can take the files I gets which are either text editor with pipeline separator which he would have to add price and Category to and it would import into the Commerce System. I need this mod to group the same track number which would be the Product Name and add the Song and Artist in the description. Every song added would be a new line. Or if you can create separate page that would do all these modifications and upload it to the Commerce or export the proper CVS that can be uploaded to the Commerce System. Also have to have the ability to adds: Net Price CD, Category, Manufacturer, CD Image, Tax Class and Product Model. I have added a sample of the text editor (pipeline separator) I need this ASAP
