Contact Manager for small business (A very simple version of ACT!)

Contact manager with very specific requirements. DB must have "Brokers" "Brokerage Firms" "Companies" and "Company Contact" as four different kinds of entities. Different fields for each kind, with some overlap (for example, if you view a particular brokerage there should be a list of all the brokers that work for that company. If you view a particular company you should see the Company Contacts that work for that company as well as the brokers that represent that company.) Scans are attached to help understand the groundwork and what information the main pages should contain. This project must work on IE7 and FF; there must also be a way to access and use from mobile browsers for smartphone and Palm OS. The project must be hosted on Bluehost ([login to view URL]), so check the resources available there. Please ask questions - you must understand the details of this because it is a very specific project!
