ASP Tweak/Redesign for Website

We have a website: [[login to view URL]][1] All payments are upon satisfaction of completion. I like to build long term relationships with everyone that works with us. For example, we have another website that I will send you to get up and running based on our working relationship with these menial tasks. Any suggestions from your skill/expertise in working with code .asp to improve the functionality, recording of data, forms, applets, etc... would be greatly appreciated. We have a module in the admin but need suggestions for imporvement so we can load emails in a .txt file or .xls. ## Deliverables Resources: **Notice how fast this page loads:** <[login to view URL]> We want our page to load as fast as possible. This would provide a sense of new content each page load. Make the link stand out a bit for AVAILABLE PROPERTIES and place it underneath text: We Have Your Solution. The Site Search Box doesn't seem to be working. It either needs to be working properly or removed. <[login to view URL]> The Member Login section doesn't seem to be working. Please check to make sure it works. We want to offer our site as a resource for people to list their properties. However we want to somehow be able to track when their property sells. Please offer suggestions on that. We want a fee from them when the property sells. **TESTIMONIES PAGE** This section doesn't seem to be working. We want to simply be able to login into the admin and upload testimonies using a little text editor or a video file. Please fix the picture. **For all properties listed.** We want to add a Video section on the Sell Page of the properties we have listed. Think of this as a virtual tour type video.
