Add a MySQL database with search feature to a website(repost)

I have a client who would like to add a special page to his website. He has a Filemaker database with various links to online resources and he'd like to add this database to his website for people to be able to search through. He wants people to be able to search through the "Topic" field and display results with "Year", "Month", "Type of information", "Website" and "Topic". He also needs a password protected page on the site where he can add new data to the database. I can provide you with the Filemaker or CSV file.
