Assessment required on my requirement specification for network software from experienced Windows LAN administrators.

I am designing a network capable PC standby/wakeup software for LAN, but need some feedback and suggestions from experienced Windows LAN administrators, on my requirement specifications, with respect to: 1. Feasibility (from technical point of view, e.g. firewall, windows rights). 2. Usefulness (do you think this is useful?) 3. Features (any redundant feature or missing feature you would like to have)? 4. Manageability (can the software be better designed?) 5. Security issue (technical point of view). I don't need a formal report, but you should careful examine the requirements and come out with recommendations. This should not take more than one and half hour. Please provide a basic introduction of your experience in LAN management.
