Buddypress Child Theme Creation

I am in need of a bp- child theme using the latest bp-default theme as parent. The website is: http://myedgeucation.org. Currently the bp-default files have been modified to make it look like I want it but this is the wrong way to change themes due to not working when upgrading. I want someone to come in and create a child theme based on the changes I've made. The theme requirements: Navigation (Make navigation the following way): - Three navigations (main navigation bar and sub-navigation bar, top small nav) - Main Nav: pages I choose (not all, only the ones I choose) - Sub-Nav: links to child pages of Main Nav pages and the parent page of these child pages Design: Main Nav same as it is now, Sub-Nav: same as it is now. HOWEVER, make sure that current page is highlighted white, currently that is not working - Top small nav: have Home Login Contact Us in font on top right corner. Similar to the following website: [login to view URL] On the top right corner Size - The width of side bar should be 300 px - The max width of content (sidebar included) should be 960px Home Page (3 sections) Main Content: - Have a static message that can be modified in the admin/backend section (image and description) - Have summaries of posts (not entire post but summaries with pics and description of 50-100 words - The "Read more" button should be like the one designed on the page. Same color of red and size Side Bar: For widgets Footer: For widgets Font - Verdana throughout 12pt regular text - Main titles 17pt verdana - Subtitles 14pt verdana - Corbel 9.5pt for Main Nav button Add Footer Widget Section - I'd like to add a footer widget section where I can drag any of the widgets I could add in the sidebar Privacy - Make the Social section private for non-logged-in users. Basically all the members, activity, profiles, groups, etc can only be viewed when a user is logged in Login - Popup widget - I'd like to add a login pop up when people click on Login (which should be placed with font on top right corner) and get rid of the sidebar login box ------------------------------------------ How to build child theme: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables **The final deliverable should be the php, css files of a child theme. The theme should work with Wordpress 3.0, WPMU 2.9, and Wordpress 2.912. The theme should also work with the latest version of buddypress 1.2. The theme should work so that when WP or BP receive updates, there are no errors. I will install the theme on my WP/BP backend, and active it.
