CRE Loaded upgrade from 6.2 to 6.4

This project is to upgrade a site we purchased that uses CRE Loaded v 6.3 to v 6.4, The site has seo urls for the categories and products and we require the same structure. The current site is using a customized template that will not automatically carry over during the upgrade. We are ok with using a template in the default 6.4 installation. The logos, category descriptions, product descriptions , and urls must be retained.
